Payment
Orders are paid in full at the time of booking confirmation. Orders paid via credit or debit card incur a standard 3% Card Processing & Admin Fee. To waive this fee on future orders, zero-fee ACH bank transfer is available for our repeat corporate clients.

Distance Surcharge
Standard service area is within 25 miles of downtown Milwaukee.
- 25–40 miles: $25 surcharge
- Beyond 40 miles or non-standard routing: customized quote
If your order falls outside our standard service area, a customized distance surcharge will be calculated based on location, timing, and staffing needs. Any applicable surcharge will be presented to you for final approval prior to payment processing.

Cancellation Policy
- 4+ hours before scheduled pickup → Full refund of delivery & service fees
- 2–4 hours before scheduled pickup → 50% of delivery & service fees
- Less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup, or after the driver is en route → Full delivery & service fees charged
This policy protects reserved driver time windows.
