MKE Catering Logistics is a professional catering logistics and delivery coordination service. We pick up and deliver third-party restaurant orders to business clients in the Milwaukee Metro area. We are not a restaurant, caterer, or food preparer. We are a logistics coordinator.
We accept orders with a food total of $100 or more. Orders below $100 will not be processed.
Our standard service area is within 25 miles of downtown Milwaukee. Orders from restaurants 25–40 miles outside downtown Milwaukee are subject to a $25 distance surcharge. Orders beyond 40 miles, or any order requiring unusual routing, excessive mileage, or circumstances outside our standard parameters, are subject to a custom quote at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or requote any order that falls outside standard service conditions.
All orders require full prepayment before delivery is confirmed. Payment is processed in two steps: (a) a deposit charged at time of booking submission, and (b) the remaining balance charged to the same payment method upon confirmation of driver availability. Delivery is not confirmed until full payment has been received and processed. By submitting the booking form, you authorize MKE Catering Logistics to charge both the deposit and the remaining balance. Itemized receipts are sent via email for every charge.
Delivery fees are based on your food order total as published on our pricing page. A Professional Service Fee of 15–20% (recommended) applies to all orders and is selected by the client on the booking form. Orders paid via credit or debit card incur a standard 3% Card Processing & Admin Fee. Zero-fee ACH bank transfer is available for approved repeat corporate clients. A distance surcharge of $25 applies for restaurants 25–40 miles from downtown Milwaukee. All fees are shown and confirmed before payment is completed.
1: Delivery Only: Order delivered to the designated drop-off point. Setup is the client’s responsibility.
2: Delivery Plus Setup: Order delivered, unpacked, and arranged by the driver.
We commit to arrival within the confirmed delivery window. Circumstances outside our reasonable control—including restaurant delays, traffic, weather, and road conditions—may affect arrival time. We will notify you proactively of any known delay and provide an updated estimate.
We are a logistics coordinator. We do not control food preparation, restaurant staffing, or order accuracy at the restaurant. Delays originating at the restaurant are not a failure of service by MKE Catering Logistics. We will notify you immediately upon learning of any restaurant-caused delay. We are not liable for missing items, incorrect orders, or food quality issues originating from the restaurant.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control including severe weather, road closures, accidents, power outages, or restaurant closures. We will notify you immediately and work toward a practical resolution.
We note driver preferences from client feedback and will honor requests when the preferred driver is available. Driver availability is not guaranteed for any specific order.
We photograph completed setups for quality assurance. Photos are sent to the client via text upon completion and stored internally. Photos are used only for quality records and, with explicit client permission, for marketing purposes.
Our total liability to any client for any order is limited to the delivery fee and Professional Service Fee paid for that specific order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including cancelled meetings, business disruption, or lost revenue.
• 4+ hours before scheduled pickup → Full refund of delivery & service fees
• 2–4 hours before scheduled pickup → 50% of delivery & service fees
• Less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup, or after the driver is en route → Full delivery & service fees charged
This policy protects reserved driver time windows.
We reserve the right to require a custom quote for any order that falls outside standard service parameters, including but not limited to unusual distance, extreme mileage, multi-vehicle requirements, orders over $3,001, or any other circumstance where standard pricing does not appropriately reflect the service required.
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
